Class Pass is good for both MELT® and Foundation Training™ On-Going Classes
Foundation Training™ classes are pure movement based classes ending with 10-15 minutes of The MELT Method® techniques to relax and calm the nervous system and stimulate the amazing power of the body’s fascia system.
Individuals with physical limitations may want to start with a Private Training Session or enroll in a 4 – 8 Week Series (when offered) where the principles of Foundation Training™ are broken down in greater detail and/or modified to fit your needs to get the maximum benefits.
MELT® Specialized Soft Rollers and Hand & Foot Balls are provided so class size is limited. Students can purchase their own MELT® technique tools through Grounded LLC or from The MELT Method® if desired, so you can practice at home. Private Training Sessions also available.
MELT® can help you fall asleep more soundly, have more energy during the day, improve posture, reduce stress and tension, shed excess body fat, and reduce cellulite. You can transform your body in as little as ten minutes a day
Additional Class Notes
All classes are On-Going weekly so feel free to drop-in anytime without pre-registration.
All classes are for ‘All Levels’ (students need to be able to get up and down to/from the floor)
Discounted 10-Class Passes are available (all passes expire within 3 months at Shine Collective
Cancelled Classes - classes don’t get cancelled often but even the instructor needs a vacation. Cancelled classes and/or events will be posted on our Facebook page.
